Mine stuck to the peel, even though it was well floured. I ended up with with a map of England shaped bread as it ripped and deflated from the peel onto the oven stone.<BR/>Mine was a 6 day sourdough bread. But I am determined to get it right! At least I don't have to make the starter from scratch. I will post a picture of 'the map of England bread' later for you to have a good laugh at!<BR/>I think your bread is rather charming.
