The tip about the food processor is great. I've never been that happy with a crust from the food processor, but I,ve never known why (now I do). I also found the part about removing bits of dough as it becomes moist, so that it isn't overworked to be fantastic advice! I'm going to have to make a crust today and try your tips. I just took a cooking demo ...Fabulous looking tart!<br />I just took a cooking demo class at our local natural foods store and our chef showed us how to make a "pie crust" as well and she said the same thing about adding the water a little at a time and working it in with your hands. She stressed never doing it in the food processor (although I often do, shh, and it usually works for me--just pulse and NOT TOO MUCH!)<br /><br />Sounds like fun at the class!
